The board also filters by job type and supplier, and lets you sort orders from highest to lowest value, so managers can spot bottlenecks and prioritize without scrolling through a master list.

This is the feature that usually gets the biggest reaction from contractors: enter material cost and labor cost for a job, and the board calculates profit and loss automatically. No formulas to maintain, no separate accounting spreadsheet to reconcile at month-end.

Every job moves through its own sequence of stages, and the schedule grid tracks that progress with simple tabs. Finished the fabric stitching stage? Mark it done and the board instantly shows what's complete and what's next. It turns "where's this job at?" from a phone call into a five-second glance.

Adding a new job takes seconds: job number, customer name, job type, and the stages that job requires. No templates to configure, no IT ticket.
